The learned advocate for the petitioners at the inception submits that due to technicality there are certain defects in the revisional application and as such they intend to withdraw the present revisional application. Petitioners are granted liberty to file afresh.

The revisional application being CRR 1069 of 2023 is dismissed as withdrawn.

Department is directed to return the certified copy to the learned advocate appearing for the petitioners on the same being replaced by photostat copy.
