It is submitted by the Counsel for the applicant as well as the respondents that in view of bifurcation of the District of Paschim Medinipur, the arrears payable to the applicant have been delayed.

The order sanctioning arrears has since been passed and the same shall be released shortly to the petitioner.

In view of the aforesaid, nothing further remains to be adjudicated in this contempt application. The instant contempt application shall stand disposed of.

4. Rule, if any, shall also stand discharged.

5. There will be no order as to costs.
