The alleged contemnor is represented by a learned advocate. It is submitted on behalf of the alleged contemnor that today, i.e. on 20th January, 2023, the petitioner has been offered appointment to a post of Constable (General Duty) in Sashastra Seema Bal in compliance with the directions contained in the order dated 7th June, 2022, being the order under contempt.

Let a copy of the contempt application along with a notice be served on the alleged contemnor. The petitioner is directed to file an affidavit of service

to demonstrate service of the contempt application on the next date. As and by way of abundant caution, let a copy of the contempt application be made over to Ms. Susmita Saha Dutta, learned advocate, who is instructed to appear on behalf of the alleged contemnor.

Let this matter appear on 10th February, 2023. The pendency of the instant contempt application will, however, not stand in the way of the alleged contemnor complying with the order under contempt in continuation with the offer letter dated 20th January, 2023.
