The revisional application relate to M.P. Case No.494 of 2012 under Section 144 of the Criminal Procedure Code. Having regard to the statutory provisions in respect of time period prescribed, I am of the opinion that the main application before the learned Executive Magistrate, Durgapour has become infructuous.

Thus, M.P. Case No. 494 of 2012 is quashed and CRR 567 of 2013 is dismissed as infructuous.

All pending connected applications, if any, are consequently disposed of.

Interim order, if any, is hereby vacated.
