Report submitted by the learned advocate for the State be kept with the record.

Report reflects that four witnesses are to be examined in connection with Kasba Police Station Case No.168 of 2015 dated 30th March, 2015 and it is seen from the report that all the witnesses are available.

Having considered the report, I direct the learned trial court that on and from the next date, the learned trial court will take efforts to proceed with the trial of the case. If after nine years, the charges have not been framed, let the charges be framed on the next date and by fixing one date in every 45 days the trial of the case be concluded. It is directed that the trial of the case would continue in spite of any resolution of local bar and the participating advocates will not in any manner stall the proceedings because of such resolution. All stakeholders would cooperate with the trial court to conclude the trial at the earliest.

With the aforesaid observations, CRR 1127 of 2024 is

disposed of.

Pending connected application, if any, is consequently disposed of.

Department is directed to communicate this order to the learned Judicial Magistrate, 6th Court, Alipore, South- 24 Parganas, immediately.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
