1. The Headmaster, Raiganj Coronation High School has filed an application for recalling of the order dated 11th August, 2022 insofar as it affects its interest.

2. It appears that four appeals with connected applications have been disposed of on 11th August, 2022 by a Division Bench of Hon'ble Justice Subrata Talukdar and Justice Lapita Banerji.

3. In view of the fact that one of the Judges is available, we release MAT 596 of 2022 and MAT 562 of 2022 in order to enable the applicant to take appropriate steps in this regard.

4. All other matters shall be delisted except MAT 596 of 2022 and MAT 562 of 2022 and they shall not be shown as pending.
