The grievance of the petitioner is directed against the failure and illegal acquisition of the subject premises. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the subject premises was acquired by the State respondents and the petitioner has received no compensation in respect thereof.

Mr. Mondal appears on behalf of the State respondents and submits that the subject premises has been acquired by the local Panchayat authorities and there has been no acquisition till date.

In view of the aforesaid, I am of the view that the representation of the petitioner being Annexure P-2 at page 58 to the writ petition be considered by the

respondent No.7 in accordance with law after giving a right of hearing to all the parties.

I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the case and the respondent No.7 in considering the representation of the petitioner will not be influenced by any observation of this Court in any manner whatsoever. With the aforesaid directions, WPA 7966 of 2021 stands disposed of.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
