This revisional application under Article 227 of the Constitution of India is directed against the order no. 23 dated February 20, 2021 passed by the learned Additional District Judge, Chanchal, District : Malda whereby the prayer of the petitioner for framing some additional issues in the suit has been turned down.

It appears from the records that six issues already framed in the suit are covering the additional issues suggested by the petitioner, therefore, the learned Trial Judge has rightly refused to frame further issues in the suit.

The revisional application has no merit. C.O. 738 of 2021 is therefore dismissed without any order as to costs. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the party subject to compliance of all requisite formalities.
