In the cause title of order dated 23rd April, 2025, the names of the learned Advocates for the State be read as 'Mr. Himadri Sikhar Chakraborty with Ms. Susnita Saha' in place and stead of 'Mr. Himadri Sikdar with Ms. Susmita Saha.' 3.

Other portions of the order shall remain the same. 4.

Corrected certified copy of the order be handed over to the parties upon submission of the certified copy, if any, already issued to them.
