It is learnt that while considering the prayer of the petitioners, the respondent has passed a resolution dated April 19, 2025 and an order in terms of the said resolution dated May 8, 2025. In this way, substantial compliance of the Court's order dated September 20, 2024, has been made and there would not be any further point for adjudication in this contempt application.

The contempt application stands disposed of.
