1. Pursuant to the direction of this Court in WPA 25305 of 2025, the respondent no. 2 has passed an order dated December 18, 2025, a copy

whereof is produced by Ms. Tewari which is kept on record.

2. Respondent no. 2 is directed to execute the order of December 18, 2025, to enable the Bank to hand over possession to the auction purchaser, the writ petitioner in WPA 7202 of 2023 which was filed by the auction purchaser to obtain possession of the property purchased by him.

3. The Bank will ensure that possession of the property is handed over to the afore-stated auction purchaser, being the writ petitioner in WPA 7202 of 2023, by January 20, 2026.

4. With the afore-stated directions, both the writ petitions are disposed of.

5. There shall, however, be no order as to costs.

6. Since no affidavit has been called for, the allegations contained in the writ petitions are deemed to be denied.

7. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties on usual undertaking.
