Mr. Ramij Munsi ....for the Appellant Mr. Bhudeb Chatterjee ......for the UOI Party/Parties is/are represented in the order of their name/names as printed above in the cause-title. By order dated 10th November, 2021 the matter was referred to a trained Mediator for settlement. The Officer-in-Charge, Mediation Centre, High Court, Calcutta vide letter dated 10th February, 2022 forward Final Report on Mediation submitted by Smita Pal, learned Advocate Mediator on 9th February, 2022 along with Settlement Agreement entered between the parties which was duly counter-signed by the learned Advocate for the parties.

As per the Settlement Agreement, the parties have settled their dispute.

The Settlement agreement forwarded by the learned Advocate Mediator is accepted and kept with record.

MAT 399 of 2021 with I.A. No. CAN 1 of 2021 and CAN 2 of 2021 are disposed of by treating the Report of Mediator along with the Settlement Agreement dated 09.02.2022 as part of this order.
