WPA No. 7979 of 2021 The writ petitioner is aggrieved by absence of effective investigation into the FIR No. 48 of 2015 dated 04.02.2015.

In the above circumstances, Nabagram Police Station shall complete investigation into the

subject FIR within one month from the date of communication of a copy of this order, if not already completed.

Let a copy of the report be made available to the petitioner and/or his learned advocate on record.

The writ petition is disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.
