Prakash Bhakat vs. Smt. Doly Bhakat) sought to be withdrawn from the Court of learned District Judge at Bankura for transfer of it to any competent court has already been dismissed as withdrawn. In view of such development, C.O. 742 of 2021 is dismissed as infructuous without any order as to costs. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties subject to compliance of all requisite formalities.
