The petitioners claim to be the recorded owners of the plot in question and allege that the Pradhan, Sanmatinagar Gram Panchayat, being the 10th respondent herein is raising construction on the PWD road adjoining the petitioners' property, thereby obstructing their egress and ingress.

The petitioners submitted a representation in this regard before the concerned authority on 5th February, 2026 and seek consideration of the same.

In view of the above, this Court is inclined to hold that since the petitioners allege unauthorized construction being raised by the 10th respondent, the Block Development Officer, Raghunathganj-II Block, being the 7th respondent herein, is directed to consider and dispose of the representation submitted by them dated 5th February, 2026 within four weeks from the date of communication of this order upon granting reasonable opportunity of hearing

to all concerned including the petitioners, in accordance with law.

The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. There shall, however, be no order as to costs. Since no affidavit is invited, the allegations contained in the writ petition are deemed not to have been admitted. Urgent certified website copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
