This revisional application has been filed invoking the jurisdiction of this court under Article 227 of the Constitution of India with a prayer for early disposal of the application under Order 39 Rule 4 of the Code of Civil Procedure pending before the learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), 1st Court, Asansol, Paschim Bardhaman I am of the opinion that prayer of this revisional application does not demand any notice to be served upon the opposite parties.

Service upon the opposite parties is thus dispensed with.

Considering this facts and circumstances, the learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), 1st Court, Asansol, Paschim Bardhaman is requested to dispose of the application under Order 39 Rule 4 of the Code of Civil Procedure within one month from the date of receipt of this order.

Petitioner is directed to make communication of this order to learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), 1st Court, Asansol, Paschim Bardhaman.

With this observation and direction, the revisional application stands disposed of.
