Shyam Charan Bhunia v. State Of West Bengal &ORS
17.01.2022.
Ct.No.29.
AS.
5.
C.R.R. 1000 of 2010 In the matter of : Shyam Charan Bhunia.
... Petitioner.
Mr. Madhusudan Sur, ld. A.P.P., Mr. Ashok Das.
...for the State.
Learned Advocate on behalf of the State appears. Proper authority is requested to regularize the appointment of Mr. Madhusudan Sur and Mr. Ashok Das, learned Advocates. From the order dated 4.5.2011 of this Court, I find that notice dated 7.3.2011 issued by the B.L. & L.R.O., Panskura-I was stayed for two months. Thereafter, petitioner took no steps. It is now more than 10 years.
After careful perusal of the assailed order, I do not find any reason to interfere with the order as stay was not extended further also.
This being the position, I do not find any reason to continue with this revisional application. The same is disposed of accordingly.
Copy of the order be sent to the lower court for necessary compliance.
