Affidavit of service filed in Court today is taken on record.

The petitioners are aggrieved by investigation into FIR No. 41 of 2022 dated 15.01.2021 and FIR No. 229 of 2023 dated 16.03.2023 registered by Memari Police Station.

Counsel for the petitioners submits that the private respondents, in violation of a probate, are harassing the petitioners.

There are allegations of molestation of family members of the petitioners.

The private respondents are represented and have denied all allegations made against them in the writ petition.

The learned counsel for the State submits that both the FIRs have been investigated and the Charge Sheet. 70 of 2021 dated 31.01.2021 and the Charge Sheet No. 153 of 2023 have been submitted.

The remedy of the petitioners is, therefore, against the charge sheets, inter alia, under Section 173(8) of the Cr. P. C.

The Police shall, however, ensure that there is no breach of peace in the area.

The writ petition is disposed of.

9.

There will be no order as to costs.

All parties are directed to act on a server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
