No. 29 CHC Rejected C.R.M.(A) 1236 of 2023 In Re:- An application for anticipatory bail under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure in connection with Ranaghat Police Station Case No. 374 of 2022 dated 30.05.2022 under Sections 448/ 323/ 325/ 307/ 379/ 354/ 427/ 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

And In the matter of : Haradhan Mondal & anr.

...... petitioners Mr. Snehansu Majumder ....for the petitioners Mr. Tanmoy Kr. Ghosh, Ms. Pritha Paul ....for the State Prayer for anticipatory bail of co-accuseds standing on the same footing as that of the petitioners were rejected by the coordinate Bench on June 17, 2022, passed in CRM (A) 2803 of 2022.

In such circumstances, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

CRM (A) 1236 of 2023 is rejected.
