Upon mentioning by the learned counsel for the State, this matter is taken up for correction. 2.

He submits that typographical error had crept in the order dated 11.9.2025. In the 3rd line at page 3 of the order, the word 'Superintendent of Excise' should be read as 'concerned Collector'.

In view of above, the word "Superintendent of Excise' in the 3rd line at page 3 be read as 'concerned Collector'

Department is directed to make necessary correction in the said order.

Other portions of the order shall remain the same. 6.
