1) Pursuant to the order dated 27th March, 2026 matter is taken up for consideration in presence of the learned advocates representing the petitioner and State respondents.

2) Learned advocate representing the State respondents has filed before this Court one memo dated 30th March, 2026 issued by the Deputy Inspector General of Police, Legal, West Bengal enclosing list of criminal proceedings pending against the petitioner so far West Bengal Police is concerned. Same are taken on record.

3) A copy of said memo dated 30th March, 2026 along with list of criminal proceedings pending against the petitioner are made over to Mr.

Billadawal Bhattacharyya, learned Senior Advocate representing the petitioner.

4) In view of disclosure of criminal proceedings pending against the petitioner pertaining to jurisdiction of West Bengal Police excluding the jurisdiction of Kolkata Police, grievance of the petitioner appears to have been redressed.

5) Hence, no further order need be passed in this writ petition.

6) Writ petition stands disposed of.

7) Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties on usual undertaking.
