The petitioner's main grievance for approaching this court is the representation made on 21.03.2025 with the Officer-incharge/Inspector-in-charge of Nandigram Police Station not being considered.

The incident complained of relates to the issue of forceful interference over the scheduled plot of land and grabbing the said property which resulted in severe physical assault upon the petitioner.

The police authorities have

conducted an enquiry, they are in knowhow of the circumstances, as such, they have already drawn up a proceeding against the private respondents.

Be that as it may, the police authorities would continue their surveillance as also ensure that there is no breach of any peace and/or tranquility.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 7047 of 2025 is disposed of.

Pending application(s), if any, is also disposed of.

Report so submitted be kept with the record. Copies of the report be handed over to both the parties.
