Mr. Tanmoy Choudhury, Learned Advocate appearing for the petitioner on the earlier occasion contended that the present petitioner before this Court has expired. Today, Mr. Sanjib Kumar Dan, Learned Advocate appearing for the State has submitted a report. Let the report be kept with the record. Report reflects that the petitioner expired on 8th February, 2021 and to that effect a photostat copy of the death certificate has been enclosed by the Inspector-inCharge, Suri Police Station, Birbhum. Accordingly, the revisional application is not maintainable. Thus, C.R.R. 948 of 2012 is dismissed.
Pending application, if any, is consequently disposed of. Interim order, if any, be hereby vacated.
Department is directed to forward a copy of the report along with the death certificate to the jurisdictional Court.
