The present revisional application was preferred challenging the proceedings arising out of Kushmundi Police Station Case No.74 of 2009 dated 10-10-2009 under Sections 306/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Pursuant to the order dated 25-08-2021, Mr. Arijit Ganguly, learned advocate, appearing for the State, has submitted a report. Let the report be taken on record. The report reflects that the accused persons have been acquitted from the case. Having regard to the aforesaid fact, the revisional application has become infructuous. As such, CRR 951 of 2012 is dismissed. Pending application, if any, is consequently disposed of. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
