And In Re : Rupali Patra ........ petitioner Mr. Biswajit Sarkar ...... for the petitioner Ms. Faria Hossain Mr. Anand Keshari ...... for the State Bail prayer of the petitioner was rejected earlier. Thereafter date has been fixed for recording prosecution evidence. In view of the aforesaid development, petitioner does not wish to press the bail application.
