Mr. Sarowar Jahan, counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents no. 2, 4 and 5 fairly submits, upon instruction, that his client wants to withdraw the notification as well as subsequent settlement issued pursuant thereto and take fresh proceeding for conducting a public auction in accordance with law.

In view of the submissions made on behalf of the respondent no. 2, 4 and 5 nothing survives in this writ petition.

WPA No. 5442 of 2021 is disposed of accordingly. In view of the above, the interim applications being CAN No.1 of 2020(Old No. CAN/3403/2020), CAN No.2 of 2020(Old No.

The respondents no. 2, 4 and 5 are granted liberty to take steps in accordance with law.
