Ms. Rita Datta ... for the State The present revision of the year 2019 has been preferred for quashing/setting aside of the FIR No.453 of 2014 lodged at Naihati Police Station dated 17.08.2014 and the charge sheet/final report No.520 of 2014 dated 31.12.2014 filed in connection with the same FIR pending before the ACJM, Barrackpore being GR No.4423 of 2014 under Sections 354/420/506 of the IPC.

Ms. Rita Datta present in court today is appointed to represent the State. Her appointment be regularised by the appropriate authority.

As none appears for the the petitioner in spite of repeated calls since the date of listing, the revisional application stands dismissed for default.

All connected application stands disposed of. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

Let a copy of the order be sent to the learned trial court for compliance and to proceed with the trial in accordance with law. Learned counsel for the State to inform the status of this case to the concerned authority.
