Above mentioned two revisions for the year 2019 are listed before this Court. Subsequently another revisional application being CRR 4377 of 2022 is tagged with the above mentioned two revisions. Subsequently the Hon'ble the Chief Justice passed an order on 17th February, 2023 that both the matters be heard along with CRR 4377 of 2022 by the Bench. CRR 4377 of 2022 was taken up on 24th January, 2023 and the matter was listed in the monthly list of February, 2023.

Subsequently no order was passed in either of these three revisional applications.

Since this Court has no determination to hear criminal revisions, CRR 4377 of 2022 along with CRR 844 of 2019 and CRR 845 of 2019 be released from this Bench.
