Mr. Tapan Dutt Gupta Mr. Pervej Anam .....for the petitioner Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the petitioner would not like to press this application and would instead pray for an expeditious disposal of the trial in which the petitioner has been made an accused.

On the prayer of the learned counsel for the petitioner, the revisional application is dismissed as not pressed.

However, the petitioner shall be at liberty to raise all the points taken up in this application before the learned trial court.

The learned trial court is requested to conclude the proceeding as expeditiously as possible without granting any unnecessary adjournments to any of the parties. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order may be supplied to the parties expeditiously, if applied for. (Jay Sengupta, J.)
