Mr. Supriyo Chattopadhyay ... for the WBSEDCL The grievance of the petitioner is directed against non-consideration of his representation in seeking compensation for alleged electrocution. On behalf of respondent-WBSEDCL, it is submitted that they have no objection if the matter is remanded to the Chairman, WBSEDCL for delegation to any representative, In view of the above, WPA 7091 of 2025 stands disposed of by directing the Chairman, WBSEDCL to appoint a nominee or an authorized representative to consider the grievance of the petitioner in seeking compensation for the purposes of the above exercise. By consent of the parties, the adjudicating authority is directed to treat the writ petition as a representation. It is made clear that there has been no adjudication on the merits of the case and all points are left open to be decided by the authority strictly in accordance with law. The above

exercise should be concluded within a period of eight weeks from the date of communication of this order.
