It is submitted by the learned counsel for the respondents that the charge sheet in an enquiry has been challenged in the present writ petition. The said enquiry was completed and the findings in the enquiry report has been challenged in a subsequent writ petition being WPA 19274 of 2012.

The present writ petition has now become infructuous.

It appears from the writ petition that by the writ petition the petitioner had challenged the charge sheet served upon him.

Considering the said fact, the present writ petition being infructuous is disposed of.

All applications connected thereto stand disposed of.

Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

Urgent Xerox certified copies of this order, if applied for, shall be supplied to the learned counsel for the parties as expeditiously as possible, in compliance of usual formalities.
