Mr. Gaggar, learned counsel appears on behalf of the petitioners and submits that nothing further remains to be adjudicated in the present writ petition in view of the fact that the petitioner-company has already surrendered their exemption granted by the Employees' Provident Fund Organisation under the Ministry of Labour and Employment. He also submits that all the provident fund dues have been cleared till March 31, 2023.

Written instructions handed over in Court today are retained with the records.

In such view of the matter, WPA 5830 of 2011, is dismissed as not pressed.

Accordingly, CAN 2 of 2020 and CAN 3 of 2021 are also disposed of.

All parties shall act on the server copies of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Hon'ble Court.
