Learned advocate appearing for the de facto complainant submits that the police case is dated December 2, 2020 and that police filed charge sheet on February 28, 2021. In view of the long absconsion of the petitioners in respect of the police case in which the police filed charge sheet as noted above, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

Prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners is rejected. CRM (A) 1240 of 2023 is dismissed.
