Involvement of the petitioner in the articles recovered by the police appears from the materials in the case diary. Prima facie case as against the petitioner stands made out. In such circumstances, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected. CRM (A) 1241 of 2023 is dismissed.
