Mr. Atanu Ghosh ... for the State CRAN 1 of 2025 Petitioner submits that this Court while granted bail vide order dated 8th May, 2025 directed the petitioner to furnish bond of Rs.20,000/- with two registered sureties of Rs.10000/- each, of which one must be local. However, the petitioner is not in a position to furnish any local surety bond and as such he is still in custody and prayed for relaxation of the condition of the bail order. Having heard the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and the State, the condition imposed in the bail order dated 8th May, 2025 is modified to the extent that the "petitioner shall furnish bond of Rs.20,000/- with two registered sureties of Rs.10,000/- each" in place of "furnishing a bond of Rs.20,000/- with two registered sureties of Rs.10000/- each, of which one must be local".

With the above observation, CRAN 1 of 2025 is disposed of.
