Learned counsel for the parties submit that dispute has been resolved and the order of this court has been complied with.

It is submitted that as many as eighty-eight bills have been cancelled and regenerated in the light of the order of this court.

Learned counsel for the petitioner also points out that an amount of Rs. 29,10,455.71p. has been indicated in the last bill to be adjusted in subsequent bills, which takes care of the apprehended contempt on the part of the alleged contemnors.

It transpires upon hearing learned counsel that the reason for the previous non-compliance of the order was apparently a communication gap.

Accepting such explanation for the non-compliance of the order of this court, in the opinion of the court, the same does not tantamount to wilful and deliberate violation of the court's order.

Accordingly, CPAN 501 of 2024 is dismissed, keeping on record the copy of the last bill handed over by the petitioner in court today.

There will be no order as to costs.

Urgent photostat copies of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
