The petitioner is a dismissed employee of a Cooperative Society. He is aggrieved by the entire disciplinary proceeding initiated against him. Specific submission is that no opportunity of hearing was given to him in the disciplinary proceeding.

The issue in question cannot be decided by this Court. There are several factual aspects to be ascertained at the time of adjudication of the dispute. It will be open for the petitioner to approach the Registrar of Co-operative Societies with his grievances who shall decide the points of law as well as facts raised by the petitioner in the instant writ petition. The writ petition stands disposed of.
