1. Affidavit-of-service filed in Court today be taken on record.
2. The petitioner seeks transfer. It appears that the petitioner is yet to apply in the prescribed proforma. The instant writ petition stands disposed of with the observation that it will be open for the petitioner to apply afresh seeking transfer in the prescribed format. If such application is made, the same shall be considered by the Head of the Institution in accordance with the prevailing
transfer rules at the earliest but positively within a period of eight weeks from the date of making the application.
3. The fate of the petitioner's application shall be made known to the petitioner.
9. It is made clear that suspension of Utsashree portal will not stand in way of the respondent authority to consider the transfer application of the petitioner.
10. The writ petition stands disposed of.
11. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
