And In the matter of : Sayed Ramjan @ Saiyat Ramjan & anr. ...... petitioners Mr. S. S. Imam, Mr. R. Jana ....for the State The petitioner has been falsely implicated on the basis of the materials in the case diary in an incident of assault which resulted in the death of an individual.

Police submitted charge sheet inter alia under Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860.

Considering the involvement of the petitioner, the nature of the incident and the materials in the case diary, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners. CRM (A) 1242 of 2023 is rejected.
