Same situation prevailed on 4th December, 2023. Pursuant to the order dated 4th December, 2023 an e-mail letter was sent to the learned advocate for the petitioner by the learned advocate representing Bidhannagar Municipal Corporation and copy of the email letter dated 4th December, 2023 is placed before this Court which is taken on record.

It appears petitioner has lost interest.

The writ petition stands dismissed.

There shall be no order as to costs.

Urgent photostat certified copy of the order, if applied for, be given to the parties, upon usual undertakings.
