He submits he has been falsely implicated. He prays for bail.

Learned lawyer for the State opposes the bail prayer. De-facto complainant also opposes the bail prayer. We have considered the materials on record. Petitioner attacked the victim with a sharp cutting weapon. He suffered cut throat injury.

In view of the gravity of the offence and prime materials on record, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, prayer for bail is rejected.

Trial Court is directed to frame the charge at the earliest and to take the proceeding to its logical conclusion without unnecessary delay.
