The learned advocates appearing for the respective parties inform this Court that during pendency of the present writ petition the competent authority had already passed an order on the revision petition preferred by the petitioner.

In view thereof, the present writ petition is dismissed.

It is, however, made clear that the dismissal of the writ petition shall not debar the petitioner from challenging the order passed in the revision petition before the appropriate forum, in accordance with law. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties, upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
