However, they are unable to satisfy this Court that there has been any violation of the conditions granted by this Court in the interim bail order dated 26.06.2025. As such, the interim bail granted to the petitioner is hereby confirmed subject to the said terms and conditions as was imposed in the order dated 26.06.2025.

Accordingly, CRM (NDPS) 397 of 2025 is allowed. All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
