Mr. Ekramul Bari Ms. Tanuja Basak ...for the petitioner Mr. Pinaki Dhole Mr. Pinaki Bhattacharyya ...for the State The District Inspector of Schools being the respondent no.4 has filed a report stating that the school has complied with the objection as was raised by the Deputy Director of Accounts, Paschim Medinipur and submitted several pension papers of the writ petitioner on 10.02.2022 and the same has been forwarded to the Director of Pension, Provident fund and Group Insurance (DPPG) for issuing pension payment order of the petitioner.

From the report it appears that the problems at the level of the accounts of the DI and of the school. I direct the DPPG to take immediate steps so that the petitioner can get pension.

Learned advocate for the State has submitted that the PPO has already been issued to the petitioner dated 17th March, 2022 which was received by the petitioner on 22nd March, 2022.

The Treasury Officer is directed to take immediate steps so that the payment of pension is made to the petitioner as soon as possible as she retired in December, 2019.

Learned advocate Mr. Bari has submitted when PPO has been issued, there is no question of no liability certificate. However, it may be issued, if not, in the meantime, School authority will issue such no liability certificate.

The report filed by the DI is kept on record. The pension payment order is also kept on record. With the above observation and direction, this writ application is disposed of.
