It appears from record that against the grievance raised in this writ petition, petitioner has made a representation before the respondent authority concerned by a letter dated 8th September, 2021 being annexure P/7 to the writ petition and the details of the grievance would appear from the said representation.

Considering the facts and circumstances of this case this writ petition being WPA No. 6763 of is disposed of by directing the Block Development Officer/respondent No. 2 to consider and dispose of the aforesaid representation of the petitioner dated 8th September, 2022 in accordance with law and by passing a reasoned and speaking

order after giving opportunity of hearing to the petitioner or his authorised representatives within a period of six weeks from the date of communication of this order.
