None appears for the petitioners, although the State respondents are represented through learned Counsel.

Learned Counsel for the State submits that the issue involved pertains to Relageria Suswasthya Kendra over 6 decimals of land in Plot No.14, under Mouza - Relageria, J.L. No. 214, Khatian No. 101, Police Station - Sankrail, District - Jhargram.

Learned Counsel for the State submitted a report dated 19th April, 2023, signed by the Chief Medical Officer of Health/respondent no.3, Jhargram. As per the report, 60% of the project has been completed. Let the report be kept on record.

Considering the same, the instant writ petition (PIL) is disposed of with a direction to the

respondent no.3 that if the entire project has not been completed then the petitioners are at liberty to take up the issue before the respondent no.3 for proper consideration of the same and the respondent no.3 shall make an endeavour to redress the grievance of the petitioners as expeditiously as possible, in accordance with law. 5.

It is made clear that this Court has not gone into the merits of the case.
