1. Affidavit-of-service filed in Court today be taken on record.

2. The petitioners, working with the Amraberia Madhya Nahazari Free Primary School, Bishnupur-III Circle at South 24 Parganas, have applied for mutual transfer with one Barnali Mondal, Assistant Teacher of Buraburi Special Primary School, Bhagwanpur-I Circle, Purba Medinipur to the Secretary of the West Bengal Board of Primary Education on 4th March, 2024.

3. In those circumstances, the Secretary, West Bengal Board of Primary Education may consider the petitioners' application offline for mutual transfer strictly in accordance with applicable Rules and particularly after ascertaining the willingness of the counterpart within a period of eight weeks from date of

receipt of a copy of this order and pass appropriate orders thereof.

4. With the aforesaid directions, the instant writ petition shall stand disposed of.

5. There will be no order as to costs.

6. All parties are directed to act on a server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
