The writ application has been preferred praying for direction upon the respondent no.3 to execute the certificate issued by way of corrigendum by the Controlling Authority on 24.06.2025.

It is submitted by the petitioner herein that he has received the principal amount of gratuity and the said corrigendum is only in respect of the interest which was left out from the initial certificate due to inadvertence.

The petitioner prays for necessary direction upon the Certificate Officer.

On hearing the learned counsel for the petitioner and on perusal of the materials on record, the writ application is disposed of with the direction that the Certificate Officer being the respondent no.3 shall make all endeavour to dispose of the said

certificate (corrigendum) dated 24.06.2025 within a period of four months from the date of this order. 6.

WPA 7320 of 2026 stands disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.

8.

All connected applications, if any, stand disposed of.

9.

Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

10.

Urgent photostat certificate of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties on urgent basis after completion of all necessary formalities.
