In Re: CRAN 2 of 2025 The earlier conditions imposed while granting bail to the petitioner on 10.04.2024 is modified to the extent that if the petitioner intends to leave the jurisdiction of Kolkata, he will intimate the Officer-in-Charge of STF Police Station. So far as attending the STF Police Station once in a week is concerned, the same is modified to the extent that the petitioner would meet with the Officer-in-Charge of STF Police Station once in a month. With the aforesaid observations, CRAN 2 of 2025 is disposed of.
