Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer. I have considered the material on record.

It appears that the petitioner was present at the place of occurrence at the relevant time. The offending fire arm was recovered at the instance of the petitioner and forensic report of the fire arm and the bullet indicates that the bullet was fired from the seized fire arm. The petitioner is not similarly circumstanced with the co-accused who have been granted bail earlier.

Considering the material on record prima facie connecting the petitioner to the alleged offence, prayer for bail is rejected at this stage.

The application is disposed of.
